BEAR LAKE

Absolutely love this place.

the spur of the moment trip.

The other day my friends decided we really needed to do a weekend girls trip some place pretty because school will start before we know it and this would be the last chance. We decided on Bear Lake and took off early Saturday morning for a full day of fun.

Lucky for us, Raspberry days was also going on.

so we ate lots of yummy raspberry's.

First up was to hike up to a lake and a rope swing.

Water was cold. drive was long. we loved it.

So worth it!!

We took too many pictures in these fields of flowers.

laughed SO MUCH

We went to the rodeo

Listened to lots of country in Annie's big red truck

Ate a gross cinnamon roll the size of our heads. regrets.

& met up with our homies Cole and Heber.

funny story. since Rasberry days was going on, the few hotels in bear lake were filled.
Good thing mads found a little cabin for us to stay in.
When we drove up to the place the old lady there told us she must have made a mistake because she booked us for the wrong night. grrrreat... good thing we know nice people. Made some calls and got to stay in the perfect house instead. THANK YOU TO THE HANKS.

Everything about our short stay in Bear Lake was PERFECT.
I love Annie, Madeline, and Gabby so much!!
We wish our other friends could have come, like our Ar bear.

new goals: own a home in this pretty place & eat lots more Raspberry shakes.

If you ever get the chance, go on a spontaneous trip with your favorite people.

SWEET SUMMER TIME

This summer I have found myself at home a lot more. Not a whole lot of crazy adventures and spontaneous trips.  I can't even get myself to California because I need to make some money, however, it has been a good one. I am happy to be able to just be home and not worry about a lot.
Heads up though, there will be a spontaneous weekend with some friends crossing my fingers. Also my sister Madison will be returning from her LDS mission Aug 5th and that will make me even happier.

As for July. I think It might have been the fastest month out of them all.

One morning Cass & I decided to catch this cute truck everyone raves about.

Waffle Love

DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

Food trucks have become such a Utah thing and i'm so happy about it.
Good thing I can never find it or I would gain 5 lbs.

yuuuummmm

Afterwards I got myself to the temple, which I haven't been the best at.

I am always just the happiest girl afterwards.

Had fun being in some parades, I am meeting so many new faces on UVU's dance team.

Loved meeting some cute girls and taking pictures for Agnes & Dora's clothing line.

Check it out!

This was the sunset up in Mona, UT by the lavender fields. gahh

Made some memories boating @ Utah Lake.
& brought along some cute friends.

We tried to double surf. It was a fail as you can see.

She's a cutie. What boy wouldn't want to sit by her.

They're alright..

SELFIE

A fun dinner  date + canyon drive to end July.

I love my beautiful friends so much.

Utah is the prettiest place in the summer.

Thx to the biker who took our picture and told us there was a bear behind us.

Just a few summer memories. ONE MORE MONTH. Thanks for stopping by!

Fourth of July

I think everyone agrees the 4th should be on the top of best holidays.

What better day then celebrating America!

I love America & our freedom.

"Kids we're going to Fillmore for the 4th of July."

whyyyyyy

The good old Christensen Family Reunion!

Being back in Fillmore for the 2nd time was just as exciting as the first.

My cute grandma & grandpa were both born and raised in the small town.

high school sweethearts and so in love ever since.

It's fun when we get to go back and see our roots!

Not only the grandparents, but Darl was born here. Fillmore was the place to be!!

We visited his old little home where the little farm boy developed to be the hardest worker there is.

"guys, when I was little I used to run the firework show..

I used to ride my horse with my dad in the parade,

play the movies in the local theature,

help when there were fires,
wake up early, feed the animals, and everything else the town had to offer."

LIKE WHAAAAT

Cutest grandma around the block.

We love our pioneer ancestry so we had to.. This store was once my grandpa's clothing warehouse.

Aunt Lori was convinced she was once a Rangerette

This day was possibly the longest day of my life. Later Park and I drove back to Provo to go to the

Stadium of Fire with the other family. Didn't help that I felt so sick all day with a head cold.

Stadium of Fire was the greatest and Carrie Underwood killed it like always.

Fireworks. family. friends. & Fillmore.

What more could you want!

hope your 4th was a happy one!
